Many factories are now requesting low-pressure protection debugging for injection molding machines. In fact, most technical personnel are not quick and good at adjusting the low-pressure adjustment. This can greatly save adjustment time and provide better support for production performance. Next, let's learn how to set the low-pressure protection of the injection molding machine.
1. Adjust the locking pressure to the required pressure, as shown on the pressure gauge. For example, we need a 120KG locking pressure. First, straighten the curved arm and adjust the mold thickness until the locking pressure reaches 120KG on the pressure gauge before proceeding to the next step.
2. The setting of the mold opening distance should not be as far as possible, with the principle of not touching the product when removing it. Pay attention to setting the mold buffer and determine the length of the buffer based on the mold speed. The faster the speed, the farther the buffer will be.
3. The first stage of slow mold opening is generally set according to the starting position of low pressure. Note that if there are core pulling and line positions, it is better to increase by 5mm according to the mold closing position.
4. The fast locking position of the mold is usually activated after a certain period of mold locking, and the size of the fast tail position is determined based on the accuracy of the injection molding machine. The higher the accuracy, the smaller the position. It is generally set 20-40mm before the start of the low-pressure position.
5. First, reset the high-pressure pressure speed of the locking mold to 0, and then manually lock the mold. Set the position where the mold is completely attached to the front mold as much as possible. For example, the fitting position of the front and rear molds is 1.3mm, and the set position is generally 1.4mm. When the set position is the same as the actual position, it is easy to misalarm, and if there is too much, it will lose the low-voltage protection function.
6. Restore high pressure and speed. This action needs no further explanation. Just reply and it's okay. The entire low-voltage protection setting is completed, and after completion, test with white paper. If the white paper does not fit the mold, it is OK. Close the mold and then reduce the low-voltage position a little or reduce the speed and pressure. The entire debugging cycle shall not exceed 5 minutes.
